Mini morning blessing for the working witch

I don’t know about you but I am always in a rush when I’m getting ready for work and attempting to get out of the house on time. Between looking presentable and aiming to avoid the worst of the commuting traffic it leaves little time for any daily witchery to start your day off on the right foot.

I hope you agree with me though, about the importance of some sort of daily dedication to get your mind in the right place to not only face the day but set it up right. So what to do?

Well one of the few things I do manage to do for myself each morning is to make my thermos mug every morning. It is quite frankly in the interests of society that I get my morning cup of tea (masala chai with oat milk in case you’re wondering) but I never really have time to actually drink it before I leave so i just take it with me.

With minimal effort my thermos mug has become my morning witchery -

• Stir it clockwise when I am attracting energy to me (positive vibes, whatever I am manifesting at the moment)

• Stir it anti clockwise if I am repelling energy from me (like those gossip vibes or stuff that can derail your mindset for the day if you aren’t careful)

• Then run my middle finger of my dominant hand round the rim clockwise 3 times whilst saying

  “I am the tool, you are the fire, fill this cup with all I desire”

My tea is then blessed and ready to go and I get my positive vibes with every sip I take!

It doesn’t have to be tea though, whatever gets you into the day but it really works best when it’s a hot drink.
